Hi everyone! I'm pretty new around here, and I am curious - how old is everyone's accounts, and what first drew you to Subeta?

My account is only a few weeks old. I played on another pet site for years but I came back to it after a hiatus and wasn't thrilled with the direction it took in my absence; it was becoming hyper-monetized and many essential aspects of the game were being neglected in favor of adding gatcha/loot box-style items to the cash shop. So I sought out other pet sites, found Subeta, and I have been obsessed ever since!

Because I'm so new, I am working on making social connections on this site, so feel free to hit me up; tag me on forums, message me, etc. I am always open to chatting!

I'm going on my 14th year here.

I found this place through a group of people I used to chat with and we all decided we liked this place, specifically the HA system. Although. To my knowledge, I'm the only one who's still active out of the group in some way but it could also be I'm pretty sure that I'm blocked by most who were there. Idk.

this account is 12 years old! i havent been active for most of that time though. i was always bouncing from one site to another.

i had a friend in middle school who would show me new virtual pet sites all the time. we were obsessed with nintendogs and stuff like that. we also loved roleplaying and the HAs seemed pretty unique, she hated that gaia didn't have pets lol sadly we stopped being friends but those sites always held a special place in my heart.

i usually drop by old sites i used to frequent, when i feel nostalgic, but subeta was the only one i kept coming back to. out of all the sites, i feel like subeta is always trying to improve based on what the userbase needs and not on corporate interests. i never feel like we're being taken advantage of here and you don't have to spend real money if you dont want to.

i only have a couple friends here. my non-virtual friends have very little interest in stuff like this, understandable since they all have different priorities. so i'm always looking for more subeta buddies! if anyone wants to be friends, feel free to add me and/or smail me!

I think about 13 years old. I started around the time I was in college and stressed out about exams. The only other pet site I ever tried other than this was Neopets, but I've been locked out of that since I was in middle school. Subeta is pretty chill and it gets my mind off of work. I do a few quests here and there in between seeing patients in clinic. I'm just an old millenial now.

i've been a part of subeta for five years and five months. i was first roped into the site at the start of 2018 by someone i used to be best friends with, so the new years holiday was my introduction to subeta! i have a lot of fond memories of subeta during that time in my life; it's something i'll always keep close to my heart.

i wasn't ever a virtual pet person, before or after subeta, so subeta is kind of an anomaly for me! despite that, it's still one of my favorite sites ever and i don't think i'll ever actually leave it. i'll go on relatively lengthy hiatuses on occasion, but i won't ever leave for good <3

Mine is around 7 months old... I wasn't active for a very long time. A friend kept telling me all about it and how she liked it better over gaiaonline, suggested I should join but didn't think I would. I wanted to make her happy so I did. Glad I did though. This place feels closer to home than gaia ever was.

I've been a member for exactly 8 years, 5 months and 1 week. I believe I've only been active for maybe 5 years though. Back in the day, I used to play on a sister site to Subeta called Neurogalaxy that ended up shutting down. I came here from there. :)

Welcome!! In two weeks my account will officially be 10 years old. Like several other people on this thread, I haven't been active in a while. My older cousin showed me this site for the cool artwork and I stuck around. :)

hey, welcome!!! my account is only a year and change old, i started playing bc a partner of mine + a close friend both play and i wanted to enjoy it with them ;v;

Will be 13 yrs old in July! I THINK I found it because of a furry artist friend who made lots of cute art of the anthro versions of their pets and I have always been a sucker for pet sites/dressing up.

my account is 8 yrs old, the neocolours site had a section for subeta pets and i thought the art was rlly cute so i joined ^__^

Mine account is twelve years, four months, and two weeks. It was inactive for five years before mine remembered the password, after prolonged downtime.

Mine said sometime ago mine said one Vioran year, but the nest will occur when mine nest Vioran birthday come along in 2028.

Mine learned about the site from a banner on DeviantArt, stating "I play Neopets, and Subeta." The graphics were a Red Bruce, and Sun Cybill. That got mine hooked. Tho the Cybill predates the revamp, which mine liked.

Back then Cybills were limited edition, mine feel old saying that.

I've been a member for over 13 years. I come on and off everyone once in a while. I honesty can't remember how I found this site.

I've been on the site for 16 years. I feel so old!

My account is 13.5 years old but i havent actively played the entire time. I found out about Subeta years ago from my friends who played neopets, we all left there to come here.

Started 16 years ago- hard to believe Subeta has been a part of my life for so long. I have taken years off, and I'm consistently using the site again after a few years away. I think I found the site after being a fan of Neopets- as I got older Neopets seemed a little to little-kid ish for me so I wanted a change. I love the freedom Subeta allows you to have with your avatar, pets, profiles, etc. It's truly a pet-focused site which is so cool (: and special colors/species are not hard imo to obtain.

Sixteen years, but I don't play regularly anymore. I really love this site, too - but I'm old and busy. Maybe in a couple years, when my life settles down (if...) I do log in regularly though, because I don't want to lose it!
